Conservatory, New Forest

Solid oak conservatory built as an extension to a property in the New Forest. The structure was constructed from solid oak beams. Each piece was hand cut on site, stained and sealed. It was built piece by piece in situ. We used Pilkington Suncool glass on the roof area to reduce the heat from the sun and regular tinted glass on the sides to create the desired effect for the client. The project took 5 weeks from start to finish. The inside floor was solid oak.

New Build, SW4

This new build project in Clapham was a three double bedroom unit with open plan kitchen and living room. There is a garden area which we landscaped, with off street parking accessed by a large hardwood timber electric gate which we designed and built specifically for this project. Oak Flooring was layed throughout upon a water heated underfloor system. The underfloor heating was powered partly via a solar panel on the roof and was a water system. The house had to have a pile foundation due to the close proximity of trees to the structure and the effect the same had on the soil. There was a high tech smart home system installed in the house which enabled a multitude of services available in every room at the touch of a button. The master bedroom benifitted from a custom built en-suite wet room. The main bathroom had a jacuzzi bath and both were fully tiled floor to ceiling in marble tiles. The two bathrooms also had thermostatically controlled under floor heating. All this was complemented with state of the art kitchen. The house sold for a considerable amount of money on the day we had completed it. The entire design and build was managed in house by our team and the project was completed on time and within budget.

Conservatory, E8

This project was an infill conservatory elevated as a walk out unit from the sitting room. Two large windows could swing out onto the garden. We used large double glazed panels of glass to allow the optimum amount of light in both in the roof and the front wall.

Refurb and Bespoke Fit

Complete refurbishment and bespoke fit out of a traditional pub in Highbury. The entire bar was stripped out and rebuilt from scratch, installing all new services, fittings and furniture. We used some reclaimed material alongside new in perfect symmetry. The Woodbine has now become a very hip and popular rock and roll bar in N5.

Complete Refurb

Complete refurbishment of a apartment in Highbury. The large bathroom was divided in two, creating a wet room with toilet on one side, and a large bathroom on the other. The large bathroom consisted of bath and bespoke purpose built solid oak timber cabinet with the sink cut into it on the other - mosaic tiles were used throughout, with the pipework hidden in the wall between the two new areas. Solid wood flooring was fitted throughout the rest of the apartment and bespoke modern kitchen installed.
