Based in North London, and serving predominately but not exclusively the greater London area, A Firm Build is a partnership between project manager Micheál Gray and interior designer Sarah Baily.
Through teamwork, partnership, communication and innovation we continually strive to exceed our clients’ expectations. Working closely with our carefully selected team of architects, craftsmen and some of the best subcontractors throughout the U.K, our client always comes first and is guaranteed an end product of the highest quality. Through regular updates and consultations we involve you in every step of the process, enabling you to feel part of the team whilst turning your vision into reality.
By building close relationships between architect, contractor and interior designer we are able to ensure that the projects we undertake run smoothly, without any hassle or headaches, and always complete on time and within budget. All of our direct work force and sub contractors are highly skilled, courteous and adhere to our high level of service and safety.
After 18 years experience working as a project manager for large multinational construction companies, Micheál's expertise lies in overseeing projects from initial planning through to completion, liaising between the client and all the relevant parties to ensure that the project runs as smoothly as possible, avoiding costly delays or problems.
With an in-depth knowledge of every aspect of construction, not only will Micheál ensure your requirements are met on every project, but also provide the guidance to help you feel in control at every stage of the build. Micheál personally takes responsibility for the day-to-day running of all the contracts.
Coming from a Graphic & Interior Design background, over the past few years Sarah has worked with many renowned interior designers on projects both in the UK and abroad. With a natural flair for design and attention to detail, Sarah joined as our in-house interior decorator and has proved to be an essential asset to the company.
Sarah also runs her own furniture design business and currently has a line in Liberty London and many other boutique interior stores.
